NOTE! Check the mirror carefully, immediately upon its receipt from the carrier.

We make every effort to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. Each mirror is created with attention to detail, using modern technology and durable materials. We are committed to ensuring that you enjoy perfect lighting and functionality on a daily basis.

However, if it happens that the product does not work properly or you notice any defects, you can exercise your right of complaint.

We will respond within 14 days and inform you of the next steps.


Notice Regarding Courier Claims

Please carefully inspect the condition of the shipment in the presence of the courier.
If any damage is found, it is necessary to complete a damage report, which must be attached when submitting a claim.

All transport-related damages (e.g. damaged package, broken mirror) must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.



Returns of Personalized Products

In accordance with Article 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

This applies in particular to custom-made mirrors, which are manufactured specifically according to the Client’s instructions – including, but not limited to, the choice of dimensions, shape, type of lighting, accessories, or any other personalization request.

 

By confirming an order for a personalized product, the Client expressly acknowledges that the product is made to order, and therefore is not eligible for return or withdrawal, except in cases of non-conformity or proven manufacturing defects.
