NOTE! Check the mirror carefully, immediately upon its receipt from the carrier.
If your mirror does not work properly or was damaged during transport, please remember to notify us about this fact via e-mail. Check the mirror carefully, immediately upon its receipt from the carrier (remember also to remove the foam protecting the mirror edges). What is the most important, do not panic! Remember that:
- 99% of complaints are given positive decision
- when a defect cannot be removed – we send you a new mirror
- the complaints are processed within 14 working days
- the complaints shall be sent only via e-mail to the address: email@example.com
- if a defect can be photographed, you should send us the photos. You can also record a short video.
30-day return policy
If, for some reasons, the received product does not meet your expectations:
- you have 30 days to return it, counting from the day of the product delivery to the client, without providing the cause (however, if you want to share the reason for returning it, it will be a valuable suggestion for the future)
- inform us that you want to return the product via e-mail to the address: firstname.lastname@example.org
- remember that the right of return does not apply to the custom-made mirrors. These are any products in a non-standard size and/or ordered with more than the following accessories: Light colour, switch and manufacturing technology.
