We offer a 3- year warranty and 14 Day Right to Cancel.

3-year warranty
We offer a 3- year warranty on our products from the date on your invoice. One must have this invoice handy, as we will need proof of purchase of the product for any sort of warranty claim.

14 Day Right to Cancel

We understand that sometimes on the internet you don't get quite the feel for a product as you do when you see it in the flesh so... If you are not entirely satisfied with your product for any reason, please contact us within 14 days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods. To return products you must inform us in writing or in another durable medium. You will then be informed of the return procedure by e-mail.

If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them.

You must send the goods back to us in their original condition to our contact address at your own costs (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the contract.

Kindly use the original packaging when sending the goods back and return the products with the proof of purchase. You are advised to retain proof of posting.

Please note: Once your mirror is installed & fitted to the wall we cannot give you a full refund. So please check the product suits your requirements before you install. Returned products must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition. It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories.

We cannot cancel/refund your purchase when:

  1. You return your product without proof of purchase

  2. Without original complete packaging and parts

  3. If you have installed the product we cannot give a full refund

  4. If the product you ordered was "made to measure"

Cancellation consequences

We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.

Mirror For You shall not be liable to the Customer for any consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of profit, goodwill, business revenue or otherwise) costs, expenses or any other claims for consequential compensation whatsoever which arise out of or in connection with the supply of the goods or their resale by the Customer.
